Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of ELVORIE products.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

ELVORIE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
